We use this information to prepare and respond to quote requests, schedule and provide cleaning services, communicate with customers, prevent abuse, maintain the website, measure advertising performance, and improve our services.
Advertising, analytics, and calls
We use Google Ads conversion measurement, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights. Google may set or read cookies and process advertising identifiers under its own policies. Calls initiated through a Google ad or after a Google ad visit may use a Google forwarding number so call source, time, and duration can be measured. Google may monitor or record a sample of communications for quality and product improvement where permitted. Call recording is not enabled in our Google Ads call asset settings.
Service providers and retention
We share information only as needed with providers that support our website, form delivery, communications, analytics, and advertising, including Vercel, Resend, and Google. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, keep business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
