What we actually clean.
Most cleaning companies will not tell you this before you book, which is how people end up disappointed on cleaning day. On every clean, standard or deep
This is the baseline. If a room is not listed — a finished basement, a bonus room, a home office — say so when we quote, so the time is in the number instead of discovered on the day.
Kitchen
- Counters and backsplash wiped down
- Sink scrubbed and rinsed out
- Stovetop and the front of the range hood cleaned
- Outside of the fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave wiped
- Inside of the microwave
- Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned where hands and splatter land
- Trash emptied, liner replaced
- Floor swept and mopped
Bathrooms
- Toilet cleaned inside and out, including the base and behind it
- Shower and tub scrubbed, door tracks included
- Sink, vanity and counters cleaned, your things put back where they were
- Mirrors and chrome polished
- Trash emptied
- Floor swept and mopped
Bedrooms
- Beds made — linens changed if you leave fresh ones out
- Nightstands, dressers and surfaces dusted
- Mirrors wiped
- Floor vacuumed, including under the bed where we can reach
- Trash emptied
Living areas
- Shelves, sills, electronics and surfaces dusted
- Upholstery vacuumed and cushions straightened
- Vacuumed under and around furniture where we can reach
- Glass tables and mirrors cleaned
- Floors vacuumed or mopped
Throughout the home
- Light switches, door handles and the other touch points wiped
- Visible cobwebs taken down
- Baseboards spot-cleaned where the dust shows
- Interior door fronts wiped
- Stairs vacuumed
- Floors done last, on the way out, so nothing gets walked back over
What a deep clean adds
A deep clean is not a faster standard clean. It is more hours on the things a regular visit keeps on top of but never resets.
- High dust points: fan blades, vents, the tops of door frames and cabinets
- Baseboards done properly end to end, not spot-cleaned
- Inside windows and window sills
- Underneath movable furniture
- Buildup work: soap scum, hard-water marks, grease behind and around the range
- Cabinet fronts and appliance exteriors degreased rather than wiped
- Detail work on grout lines, corners and edges
Add-ons, quoted separately
None of these are included by default, on either a standard or a deep clean. Ask for them when we build your quote and we will price them in.
