Most cleaning company websites say "we" and never tell you who that is. So: this is Deborah White, and the business is named after her. She runs it with her son, Ian. That is the entire company — two people, out of Lebanon, TN.
Why that matters more than it sounds like it should
When you book a franchise, you are booking a brand. Who turns up depends on that morning's scheduling, and the person who cleaned your house in March may never see it again. Everything they learned about your home — the tap that drips, the dog that hides under the bed, the way you like the cushions — resets every visit.
When you book us, you are booking Deborah and Ian. The same two people, every time. That is not a service level we are being generous about; it is arithmetic. There is nobody else to send.
What you can check
- Insured and bonded — ask and we will send you the certificate

- Our prices are published on this site rather than hidden behind a quote form
- Our terms of service are published too — cancellation, keys, damage, payment
- Our full room-by-room checklist is published, so you know the scope before you book
What we will not tell you
- A star rating. We do not have reviews yet, so we do not display one.
- How many homes we have cleaned. We would be making the number up.
- That we have been doing this for X years. Same reason.
- That you are "fully protected". We carry liability insurance, which covers damage we cause while working. That is a real thing and it is not the same thing.
What you can hold us to
- The same two people at your door every visit
- A flat price agreed before cleaning day, not a surprise on the invoice
- If something in the agreed scope was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free
- No contracts, no minimum number of visits, no card kept on file
- If the job turns out bigger than described, we stop and talk to you before doing the extra work
On the reviews question
We would rather say this plainly than let you find out by looking. Little Debbie 2 Rescue does not have customer reviews yet — not on Google, not anywhere. A newer business genuinely does not have them, and the ones that appear overnight are usually bought.
So instead of a number we cannot back up, everything on this site is something you can verify before you spend a dollar: the prices, the scope, the terms, the guarantee, and the fact that you can call (615) 257-6177 and speak to the person whose name is on the van.
