One-time cleaning
Sometimes you do not want a cleaning service. You want your house cleaned, once, and then you want to get on with your life. That is a real thing to book, we do it every week, and nobody here will try to talk you into a subscription on the phone.
What to expect
This is the part most companies will not put in writing, so here it is. A one-off visit takes longer than a recurring one, and the price reflects the hours, not a penalty for declining a plan.

On a recurring visit the home has only had two weeks to get dirty and we already know where everything is. On a one-off we are meeting the house cold and resetting however long it has been. That is more hours, and hours are what you are paying for.
Baseboards, high dust points, inside the microwave, under and behind what moves, grout lines and fixture detail. You get the full reset, not a maintenance pass at a maintenance price.
No contract, no card on file, no cancellation fee, no minimum number of visits. If you want us back you call us. If you do not, nothing happens.
Recurring visits run 10 to 15 percent under the one-off rate, because the house stays ahead of us. We will mention it once when we quote you and then leave it alone.
What it usually runs
Estimate ranges for the Greater Nashville area, not a quote — we have not seen your house yet. These are the deep-clean ranges from our full price list, because that is genuinely the scope a one-off gets. Tell us square footage and bathroom count and we will narrow it to a real number, usually on the phone.
Bathrooms move these numbers far more than bedrooms do, and so does how long it has been since the last real clean.

No. There is no contract, no card on file, no minimum number of visits and no cancellation fee. A one-time clean is a one-time clean. We will tell you once what recurring would cost and then drop it.
In practice, nothing. A one-off is priced and scoped as a deep clean because the house has not been maintained by us and the visit takes deep-clean hours. The difference is only in what you are buying next: a deep clean is often the first visit of a recurring plan, while a one-time clean is the whole arrangement.
For a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, $265 to $385 depending on square footage and condition. Smaller apartments start around $175 and larger homes run to $700. The table above breaks it down by size, and the full price list covers standard, deep, move-out and add-on pricing.
Yes, and a lot of people do exactly that. If you book recurring afterward, the one-off you already had counts as the deep-clean first visit, so you go straight onto the recurring rate.
Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, interior windows, laundry and organizing are add-ons, quoted separately, and never added without you asking. The room-by-room checklist lists everything that is included.
Call and we will tell you honestly what we have. We would rather give you a real date than hold a slot we cannot cover, so same-day is sometimes possible and often it is not.
